- 0.5 ½ head cauliflower (cauliflower)
- 1 pear (s)
- 2 tablespoon almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Wash the pear and cut it into pieces.
- Mix both together with the chopped almonds in a bowl with olive oil, curry, salt and paprika powder. Put everything on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Mix well, push together in the middle of the baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice on a plate and serve garnished with almond butter and barberries.
