Ingredients

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder

Instructions

  1. Line the baking sheet with baking paper (if necessary, wipe the sheet with a damp cloth and then place the paper on it), preheat the oven to 200 - 220 degrees.
  2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg white with cold water to a stiff snow, then gradually pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Thoroughly fold in the egg yolks with a whisk, and sift the flour with the baking powder lightly over it and fold in loosely until no more flour can be seen and a thick dough is formed. J
  3. Place the dough on the prepared baking tray and bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the dough looks golden yellow.
  4. Suitable for Swiss rolls.
