- 2 mint leaves, fresh
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 150 g watermelon (s) (weihed net)

- First cut the watermelon into pieces and put them in a blender (alternatively, you can also use a hand blender). Add the lime juice and the mint leaves, plucked into small pieces. Then mix everything properly.
- Tip: If you want the juice to be extra fresh, just put it in the fridge for about an hour.
- The amount makes about a 200 ml glass.
