Watermelon and Melon Smoothie

Watermelon and melon are traditionally served as a separate treatment, but today I suggest you combine them and make an unusual drink! Watermelon and melon smoothie turns out to be delicious and refreshing, such a drink is pleasant to cool off in the summer heat!

Ingredients

  • Watermelon (seedless pulp) – 200 g
  • Melon (pulp) – 200 g
  • Lemon (for juice) – 1/2 pc. 1-2 teaspoons of juice)
  • Powdered sugar (optional) – 2 teaspoon

For the filling (optional):

  • Fresh mint – 1 sprig

Directions

  1. We send pieces of melon to the blender bowl. Squeeze juice from the lemon (about 1 teaspoon) and add to melon. Add powdered sugar if desired (if the melon is sweet enough, then the powder can be skipped).
  2. Grind at high speed. Pour the resulting puree into glasses for serving.
  3. Place the pieces of watermelon in the blender bowl. Squeeze out about 1 teaspoon of juice from the lemon and add to the watermelon. We also add powdered sugar if desired. Beat at high speed.
  4. Pour the watermelon puree into glasses on top of the melon puree and serve, decorate with mint leaves if desired.
