Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Watermelon – 2 kg
  • Lime – 1 pc.
  • Mint – 1 sprig
  • Carbonated water – 200 ml
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel the watermelon and cut it into cubes.
  2. Remove the seeds and place the watermelon pulp in a blender bowl.
  3. Add honey (can be replaced with powdered sugar or sugar syrup).
  4. Add mint there.
  5. Kill with a blender.
  6. Add sparkling water, juice of half a lime, stir.
  7. Strain the fresh watermelon through a sieve.
  8. The watermelon lemonade is ready.
  9. Garnish the watermelon lemonade with lime and mint wedges before serving.
