Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ watermelon (s), low in seeds
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, candied in syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 0.5 ½ lime (s), the juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the melon, remove the remaining stones, cut the pulp into bite-sized cubes. Rinse the blueberries, dry them well. Finely dice the ginger.
  2. Mix the ginger syrup, orange and lime juice into a dressing, mix with the melon and ginger cubes and the blueberries. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for about half an hour, season to taste.
