Ingredients

  • 1.6 kg raspberries, frozen
  • 400 g berries, (forest)
  • 2 kg sugar
  • 6 bottles vodka, 0.7 l each
  • 10 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries and wild berries in a large, sealable bowl. Put the sugar and vanilla sugar on top. Then pour all of the vodka into the bowl so that most of the sugar dissolves when you pour it in. Stir the mixture a little more. Then close the jar well and let it steep for 4-6 weeks in a dark place. Stir once every 2 weeks so that the last of the sugar dissolves.
  2. Then filter the liqueur through a coarse sieve. This is how you remove the berries. Then run through a coffee filter so that it becomes clear. This can take some time.
  3. The liqueur can be consumed immediately, but it tastes best after a further 4 weeks of maturation.
  4. The amount results in 16 bottles of 0.25l each to give away. You can also fill them in 130 table diamonds as decoration and wedding gifts.
