Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder (ideally an Arabic mixture)
  • milk
  • 1 teaspoon broth, instant (I use vegetable stock powder)
  • salt
  • 4 cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and tomatoes, heat the oil in a pan. Cover and cook the onion and tomatoes in it.
  2. Mix the eggs with the curry, salt, milk (depending on how much appetite you have) and stock powder in a container with a whisk. One can experiment with the amount of curry and other spices. Add the sugar to the tomatoes, stir and make sure that nothing burns. When the tomatoes are cooked, you can add the eggs and let them set while stirring.
