Ingredients

  • 250 g flour, (rye flour (

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 bottle beer, (wheat beer)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Shape small rolls with wet hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the oven, slide the tray with the rolls over it and bake at 200 degrees fan-assisted for approx. 20 - 30 minutes
  3. You can also use buttermilk instead of beer
