Whipped Iced Coffee with Milk

Ingredients

  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Instant coffee – 5 g (2 teaspoon)
  • or freshly brewed espresso – 30 ml
  • Sugar – 15 g (to taste)
  • Ice – 70 g (10-11 cubes)

Directions

  1. Pour milk into a blender bowl with a “knife” attachment, add ice.
  2. Pour in sugar and coffee.
  3. Beat for 5 minutes, until the light foam is firm.
  4. Pour the whipped cold coffee with milk into glasses and top with straws.
  5. Such a drink should be served immediately, as the air foam gradually settles until it disappears altogether.
