Ingredients

  • 1 liter cream
  • 0.5 liter ½ whiskey
  • 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 500 g powdered suar
  • 8 teaspoon coffee powder, instant

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until creamy (not stiff).
  2. Mix the whiskey, cocoa and coffee and add to the cream. Then sift in the powdered sugar and stir again.
  3. Store in the refrigerator and shake before consumption (or before giving away).
