Ingredients

  • 60 g bacon (smoked bacon), dice
  • 40 g butter
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 3 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 500 g potato (s), finely chopped
  • 750 ml meat stock
  • 1 small Can (s) beans, white
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Chili powder and sugar

Instructions

  1. Leave the diced smoked bacon in the butter. Fry the minced meat in it, add the onions and potatoes. Let it simmer for a few minutes, turning frequently. Deglaze with the meat stock. Add the white beans, ketchup and tomato paste. Let the stew slowly simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Season to taste with the spices, a pinch of sugar and crème fraiche. Let the stew rest for 1 hour before you can eat it.
