Ingredients

  • 1 can white beans with juice
  • 0.5 can ½ carrot (s), drained, cut into small pieces
  • 0.75 liters ¾ water
  • 400 g potato (s), diced
  • 1 bunch soup greens, cut into small pieces
  • 1 large onion (s), cut into large cubes
  • 4 sausages, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • some flour or cornstarch to thicken

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage slices in water at medium temperature for approx. 45 minutes until soft. Then add the potatoes, the soup greens and the onions and cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. Now add the can of beans and carrots, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Scatter the parsley and thicken with flour or starch.
