  • 2 spring onions, cut into rolls
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g beans, thick, white (a. D. Can)
  • 200 g sauce (arrabiata, a. D. Glass)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, smooth, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Steam the spring onion and garlic cubes in the oil. Add the beans and sauce, season with salt and fold in the parsley.
  2. Let it cool down and serve lukewarm or cold, e.g. for a barbecue party.
