Instructions

  1. Put the milk in a large bowl, add the sugar and yeast and stir everything a little until the yeast has dissolved. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Then add the flour, salt, oil and beer and knead well with a dough hook or a food processor. The dough now has to rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place, the best way to do this is to cover the bowl with a tea towel. Then knead the dough again briefly and let rise again for about 30 minutes. Then divide the dough in half and place in a loaf pan (lightly greased). But you can also do it directly on the baking sheet, without a mold, just line the baking sheet with baking paper. Bake the bread at 175 ° C for 30 to 35 minutes. I usually use dark wheat beer, it gives the bread a special note and makes it a little darker, but it works with any other beer too. If you like it a little sweeter, you can also use 3 teaspoons more sugar, depending on your taste. The three spoons have to go with the milk and the yeast, the other sugar can be added directly to the dough.
