Ingredients

  • 600 g flour (wheat flour, type 550)
  • 50 g douh (sourdouh)
  • 0.38 liters water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt, (up to .5 s)
  • 20 g yeast, fresh

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, the sourdough (I used 25g dry sourdough) and the lukewarm water in the mixing bowl of the food processor. Crumble the yeast on top (I don`t dissolve it beforehand). Now turn on the machine and after the yeast has been stirred in, add the salt. Let the dough knead until the dough is smooth. Cover and let rise for approx. 60-90 minutes. The dough enlarges significantly.
  2. Knead the dough again and form an elongated loaf. Alternatively in a greased bread pan. Let the dough rise again for 10 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 50 minutes.
  3. A light bread that is spicy with the addition of sourdough.
