Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 carrot (s)
  • Olive oil for frying
  • some soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 ½ head white cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped vegetable broth
  • 200 g soup noodles (letter noodles)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parsley, smooth, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots into slices, onions and garlic and fry everything in a saucepan in olive oil for about 5 minutes. A few drops of soy sauce and a little honey are great in the pot! Deglaze with about 0.4 liters of water and add the cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces, to the saucepan. Simmer properly for approx. 5 minutes without the lid. Pour approx. 1.5 liters of hot water into the pot and add the vegetable stock powder. Bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper, whereby salt should be used sparingly, as the broth is usually very salty (I like to add an idea of sugar to the soup, but that doesn`t necessarily have to be). 2 tablespoons of olive oil round off the soup. Simmer on a low flame for about 25 minutes.
  2. Now add the noodles and continue cooking the soup until the noodles are cooked through. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
  3. Good Appetite!
