Ingredients

  • 1 white cabbage approx. kg
  • 2 onions)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon curry powder
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • 100 g raisins
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice / cut white cabbage into strips, dice onions, chop garlic or chop in a garlic press.
  2. Sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add the white cabbage to the onions in the pan and fry. Scatter curry powder and garlic on top and fry briefly. Deglaze with broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Cut the carrots into fine slices or strips, stir in the carrots, raisins and almond sticks and simmer for another 10 minutes. If necessary, season with salt and pepper
  3. Also tastes great with chicken legs.
