Ingredients

  • 800 g white cabbae
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 liters vegetable stock
  • 200 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them in oil in a large saucepan. Add the meat and fry it until crumbly. Slice the cabbage and cut into shorter strips. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and add both.
  2. Pour in the broth, stir in the tomato paste and simmer for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
