Ingredients
- 800 g white cabbae
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g onion (s)
- 500 g potato (s)
- 2 liters vegetable stock
- 200 g tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- some sugar

- Dice the onions and fry them in oil in a large saucepan. Add the meat and fry it until crumbly. Slice the cabbage and cut into shorter strips. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and add both.
- Pour in the broth, stir in the tomato paste and simmer for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
