Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until foamy, mix in all other ingredients thoroughly. Place the dough teaspoon at a time as balls on a greased baking sheet with a large gap between them. Bake at 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees) for about 15 minutes.
