Ingredients

  • White chocolate – 100 grams
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Sugar – 100 Grams
  • Flour – 100 Grams
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Lemon juice – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon zest – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Combine the diced butter and the broken chocolate. Melt in a water bath or microwave until smooth.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar.
  4. Add the chocolate butter and stir.
  5. Add lemon zest and juice.
  6. Add flour in portions.
  7. Stir the dough well until smooth.
  8. Pour the dough into a greased pan. The size of the mold depends on the desired height of the finished dessert.
  9. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool, then remove the brownie from the mold and cut into portions.
  10. The white chocolate brownie is ready. Decorate the dessert with icing sugar or any favorite icing and enjoy.
