Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 400 g strawberries
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Knead the butter, sugar, egg and flour quickly to form a smooth dough, cover and chill for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat the cream in a saucepan. Add the chocolate, roughly chopped, and melt in the cream over a low heat.
  3. Let cool and stir in the egg yolks.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a springform pan (26 cm in diameter). Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 28 cm, place in the mold and press up a 2-3 cm wide edge.
  5. Place the chocolate-cream mix on the dough base and bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes. The filling is still soft!
  6. Let it cool down and then let it solidify in the fridge.
  7. Wash and clean the strawberries, cut lengthways into thin slices and then distribute them on the cake.
