Ingredients

  • 375 grams flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 220 g suar
  • 225 g butter, soft
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it
  • 2 bars chocolate, white, chopped
  • 120 g macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 200 g cranberries, dried, possibly chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. In a second bowl, mix the softened butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with the hand mixer. Stir in the flour mixture and then add the chocolate, nuts and cranberries (chop whole berries).
  2. Place little heaps with two teaspoons on a baking sheet (they will melt in the oven by themselves). Bake at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 12 minutes. You are welcome to stay a little soft in the middle, this is what makes a typical cookie.
  3. Tip: Most of the time, you can only buy roasted and salted macadamia nuts. You can use them without hesitation. I just put them in a colander and rinse them off with water before roughly chopping them up.
