Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 can pineapple (in pieces)
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • possibly natural yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Open the can of pineapple, pour the juice into a large saucepan or pan. Add the honey to the pineapple juice and let it boil down over high heat until everything is reduced to about 1/4 and is slightly viscous.
  2. In the meantime, core the apple and cut into small pieces, as well as the banana. Put everything together with the pineapple pieces in a bowl, pour the olive oil (it can also have more than 0.8% acidity, but not a strong taste of its own) and rub some lemon zest over it.
  3. Then add the boiled down pineapple juice, stir and season with lemon juice.
  4. Also tastes good the next day for breakfast. Just add some natural yoghurt.
