• 600 ml milk, low in fat
• 80 g chocolate, white
• 100 ml whipped cream
• 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
• 5 tablespoon orange liqueur

Instructions

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Roughly chop the chocolate and dissolve it in the milk. Add the orange peel and orange liqueur to the hot milk and stir vigorously.
2. Whip the cream.
3. Fill into 2 glasses, top with the whipped cream and, if necessary, sprinkle with grated orange peel.
