- 5 tablespoon orange liqueur

- Heat the milk in a saucepan. Roughly chop the chocolate and dissolve it in the milk. Add the orange peel and orange liqueur to the hot milk and stir vigorously.
- Whip the cream.
- Fill into 2 glasses, top with the whipped cream and, if necessary, sprinkle with grated orange peel.
