Ingredients

  • 400 ml white wine
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 3 bags mulled wine spice
  • 8 sheets gelatin, white
  • 250 g yourt 3.5%
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some lemon peel
  • 1 glass plum jam
  • Spekulatius

Instructions

  1. Heat white wine and sugar in a saucepan (do not boil!). Add mulled wine spice and let everything cool down together.
  2. When the white wine mixture has cooled down, soak the gelatine (according to the instructions on the package) and dissolve. First mix with the yoghurt, then slowly stir in the wine and add the lemon zest. When this mass starts to gel, fold in the whipped cream with vanilla sugar. Then quickly layer everything alternately with the plum jam in glasses and chill.
  3. Garnish with crumbled speculoos before serving.
  4. Variation:
  5. Apple compote, e.g. seasoned with cinnamon, also tastes good instead of the plum sauce.
