Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine, medium dry
  • 0.5 liter ½ sparkling wine (cava), medium dry
  • 100 ml Liqueur 43 or Cointreau
  • 50 ml brandy
  • 200 ml carbonated lemonade
  • 1 apple
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 1 peach (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apple and peach and cut into small cubes. Peel the oranges too, taking care to remove the white skin. Then release the fillets without the “skin in between”.
  2. Put the fruit pieces in a large container, add the sugar, as well as the liqueur and brandy. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  3. Now pour in the wine, cava and lemonade (everything chilled) and stir well. To keep the drink pleasantly cool, add a few ice cubes.
  4. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the wine and of course your own taste. If you don`t like it so sweet, you can also use dry wine and cava.
  5. Variations: Pears, pineapples, kiwi, mandarins can also be used as fruits. The lemonade can be replaced by ginger ales.
