  • 100 g suar
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 250 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy.
  2. Mix the white wine with the lemon juice.
  3. Mix in the prepared and dissolved gelatine according to the instructions in the pack.
  4. Now whip the cream until stiff, fold in and put everything in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
