Whole Baked Pumpkin Instructions

  1. Rinse the pumpkins, cut off the tops from them, but do not throw them away: we will still need them. Remove pulp with seeds. Salt the pumpkin, sprinkle with spices from the inside. Preheat the oven in parallel to 150 degrees.
  2. Peel the onion, chop and fry in a pan (with the addition of oil). Chop the mushrooms and fry with the onions. Cook together for 5 minutes (the mushrooms should turn brown). Then add spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the fried ingredients to a separate bowl. Add baguette and cheese to them, pour in the cream. Mix everything thoroughly. Spread the filling over the pumpkins.

Bon appetit!
