Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 45 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 45 g whole wheat flour
  • 6 g yeast, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon water, lukewarm
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

For covering:

  • 2 tablespoon. Tomato (pizza), from the can
  • 20 g ham (salmon), thinly sliced
  • 0.25 ¼ onion (s), diced
  • 125 g cottae cheese, low in fat
  • Chives, chopped
  • Basil, chopped
  • Garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix together the yeast, water and sugar and let rise for about 10 minutes. Then stir the oil into the pre-dough. Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in the pre-dough and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let rise for 1 hour and knead again well. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet (about 25 cm in diameter). Press the edge up a little.
  2. For the topping, heat the pizza tomatoes and season with basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika. Brush the pizza dough with it. Spread the cottage cheese on top. Scatter the diced onions on top. Tear the salmon ham into bite-sized pieces and spread them on the pizza as well. Sprinkle with chives.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
