  • 1 slice (s) toastie (s), (wholemeal toastie)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • some chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Toast the toastie in the toaster. Beat the eggs, whisk in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the spinach, remove the stalks and add to the egg. Heat the oil in a pan and let the egg mixture harden in it.
  3. Spread the egg on the toastie and serve garnished with the chili sauce.
  4. Green tea goes well with this.
