Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy, small
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 onion (s)
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • some olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes.
  2. During this time, season 1 cup of water (approx. 150 ml) with vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar to taste. The brew must have a strong, sweet, sour, and salty taste. Add the herbs very finely chopped (alternatively frozen goods). Dice the onion and add it as well. Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and place them warm (!) In the herb sauce. Let it cool down, add a little olive oil and possibly a little more salt and vinegar to taste.
  3. The potatoes absorb all of the brew.
  4. Then serve fried fish or use the salad as a grill side dish.
