Instructions

  1. Measure the water and pour it into the baking pan of the bread maker. Weigh out the other ingredients and pour in in the order listed. Select and start the wholemeal program of the bread maker.
  2. I chose the Quick & Whole Grain program, which takes about two and a half hours.
