Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, milk, eggs and salt into a dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then heat some oil in a crepe pan, stir the dough again and use a soup ladle to add enough dough to the pan so that the bottom is completely covered. Place 1 1/2 slices of ham and 1 1/2 slices of cheese on one half of the pancake. Carefully fold the other half on top when the dough is no longer so runny. It`s pretty easy with 2 pan lifters. Now be careful not to burn the pancake! If necessary turn around again. Keep the finished pancake warm in the oven at 50 ° C until all the pancakes are baked. Depending on how thick or thin the pancakes are, the batter is enough for 5 pancakes, so it is better to buy a little more cheese and ham. The pancakes taste great the next day, even when cold!
