Ingredients

  • 600 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 400 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 1 sachet dry yeast or a cube fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoon bread spice mixture
  • 2 teaspoons salt (Himalayan salt) or 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 80 g walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoon seeds about chia seeds, flax seeds
  • Caraway seed
  • Salt, (salt flakes)

Instructions

  1. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Put all ingredients except the salt flakes and the caraway seeds in a bowl and knead together. Then cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
