Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous dough. Let sit for ten minutes (or more).
  2. Bring lightly salted water to a boil. Cut about 6 - 8 knobs from the dough and add to the boiling water. Let it stand for ten minutes.
  3. Goes well with hearty vegetables, e.g., Carrot Vegetables. Or sprinkled with cinnamon sugar with sweet compote.
