  • 3 wild garlic leaves, finely chopped, to taste
  • 1 tomato (s), finely diced
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook time: 10 minutes
  2. Total time: 20 minutes
  3. Mix the eggs with the cream and the spices well with a whisk. Remove the stems from the washed wild garlic and cut into fine strips. Quarter and core the tomato and cut into small cubes.
  4. Melt the fat in a pan over medium heat and add the egg mixture. When the mixture begins to stagnate, use a spatula to carefully push it from the edges to the center, stirring gently.
  5. When the egg is almost completely set, add diced tomatoes and wild garlic and stir in. As soon as the scrambled eggs are completely set, they should be served immediately.
  6. The wild garlic - tomato - scrambled eggs with a slice of farmhouse bread tastes very good!
