Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp. Put in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Wash the wild garlic, chop it finely and mix it with the avocado mixture.
  2. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
