  • 1 handful wild garlic, freshly cut or as desired

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from all of the above ingredients. I put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Of course, you can also knead by hand. In this case, please mix all the dry ingredients with the flour, form a well and put the wet ingredients in there. Then knead everything well. The dough is ready when it is nice and elastic. It shouldn`t be sticky anymore!
  2. Shape into 2 loaves of bread. Cut in at the top. Either let it rise for an hour in a warm place, or let it rise in the oven at 50 ° C for about half an hour (I always use the latter method). Then bake at 220 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. It is advisable to put a bowl of water in the oven or to moisten the oven, then the crust will be nicer. You can actually see when the bread is ready. The crust is then nice and light brown. The baking time also depends on the size of the loaves.
