Ingredients

  • 4 slices toast
  • 125 ml milk, warm
  • 200 g potato (s), cooked, cold
  • 80 g wild arlic
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g parmesan, rated
  • Fat, for deep-frying
  • possibly bread flour

Instructions

  1. Dice the toast and mix with the milk, let it steep a little. Finely grate the potatoes. Finely chop the wild garlic.
  2. Squeeze out the toast, knead with potatoes, wild garlic, eggs, flour and Parmesan cheese. Shape the mixture into small dumplings (a little larger than marrow dumplings) and fry them one after the other until they are golden yellow. This takes about 1.5 minutes per dumpling.
  3. If the mixture is too soft, knead some breadcrumbs into it.
  4. Lettuce goes well with it.
