  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 25 g wild arlic
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic, remove the stems and chop the leaves with scissors. You can also take more or less wild garlic, this is of course a matter of taste.
  2. First put the sunflower oil, then the egg, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and wild garlic in a tall mixing vessel. The hand blender must be placed on the bottom of the vessel, only then should it be switched on.
  3. Let the hand blender run on the floor for a moment until you can see that a creamy mayonnaise is formed. Then slowly pull up the stick and finish pureeing until you have a nice mayonnaise and all the wild garlic leaves are small.
  4. This delicious mayonnaise is ready.
  5. It goes particularly well with grilled food, but also with French fries. It can be the highlight on a burger and the mayonnaise is unbeatable on fresh bread.
