Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 handful wild garlic, fresh, washed and the stalk removed
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, washed
  • 1 ½ tablespoon mustard, ground half-coarsely
  • a bit salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock, granulated

Instructions

  1. First cut the wild garlic leaves into strips, then put everything together in a measuring cup and mix with the hand blender.
  2. Put in a bowl and serve.
