- 125 g butter
- 1 handful wild garlic, fresh, washed and the stalk removed
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, washed
- 1 ½ tablespoon mustard, ground half-coarsely
- a bit salt
- some black pepper, freshly ground
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock, granulated

- First cut the wild garlic leaves into strips, then put everything together in a measuring cup and mix with the hand blender.
- Put in a bowl and serve.
- Tip:
