Ingredients

  • 100 g wild arlic
  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 80 g parmesan or pecorino cheese
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • Pepper, ground black

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic, remove the stalks and roughly cut.
  2. Chop the cashews and parmesan in the moulinette.
  3. Add wild garlic, salt and lemon juice and puree. Mix in a bowl with the olive oil.
  4. Season to taste with pepper and fill into glasses and cover with a little olive oil.
