Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 800 g mushrooms
  • 60 g wild arlic
  • 2 shallot (s), finely chopped
  • 40 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and the wild garlic into fine strips. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Braise the chopped shallots in it. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Mix the spaghetti, wild garlic, parmesan and mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
