  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 150 g wild arlic or less to taste
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 8 tablespoon walnut oil, alternatively olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, pat dry and cut off the stalks at the bottom. Roughly chop the leaves together with the walnuts. Puree the wild garlic and walnuts with mustard and oil with a hand blender.
  2. Beat the butter in another bowl with the whisk until frothy. Then mix the wild garlic and walnut paste with the butter and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Tip: If you like, you can replace the wild garlic with rocket. And for the garlic fans among you, a freshly squeezed clove of garlic can also be stirred into the butter.
