  • 500 ml white wine, drier
  • 300 ml apple juice, clearer
  • 120 ml Aperol
  • 1 tablespoon elderflower syrup
  • 4 orange slice (s) (untreated)

Instructions

  1. Put the white wine, apple juice, Aperol and elderflower syrup in a saucepan and heat slowly.
  2. Meanwhile, put the orange slices in 4 heat-resistant glasses.
  3. As soon as the aperol mixture is really hot, use a ladle to spread it over the 4 glasses.
  4. Warms inside out in cold weather.
