  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 1 apple
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Liquid sweetener
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Cut half an apple into small cubes. Cover and bring all ingredients together in a saucepan to a boil over low heat, then let thicken for 5 - 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve in a bowl and use the other half of the apple to decorate.
