Ingredients

  • 55 g butter
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 95 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

For covering:

  • 1 tablespoon jam
  • 50 g inerbread
  • 350 g apples
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 15 g puddin powder, vanilla
  • 50 g candied fruit (cut very small)
  • 125 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Knead a shortcrust pastry from butter, sugar, flour and cream, press it into a greased springform pan and chill.
  2. In the meantime, crumble the gingerbread with your hands, peel the apples and cut into small wedges.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 °,
  4. Spread the jam on the cake base, sprinkle the gingerbread crumbs on top and spread the apple wedges on top.
  5. Mix the egg with sugar until creamy, then stir in the pudding powder, curd cheese, fruit and cream and spread over the apples, bake for approx. 40 minutes, then leave to cool in the tin.
