Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon oat flakes (whole grain oat flakes)
  • 2 tablespoon millet flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ flaxseed, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ raisins, unsulphurized
  • 150 grams kefir
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon juice (sea buckthorn juice), unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Mix the flakes, flax seeds and raisins with the kefir. Wash and core the apple and grate the peel into the muesli. Peel the orange, cut into pieces, mince a little and add. Season to taste with the honey and the sea buckthorn juice.
