Ingredients

  • 75 g reen spelled
  • 150 ml water, possibly more
  • 1 apple
  • 50 g dried fruits (prunes, raisins, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • some vanilla, possibly
  • 500 g natural yourt (1.5%)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, possibly

Instructions

  1. Bring the green spelled to the boil with the water and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and prepare according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, remove the core of the apple, peel it if necessary (but it doesn`t have to be) and dice. Also cut the dried fruit into small pieces.
  2. About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the apples, dried fruits and oat flakes and just let them steep. Possibly add another 50 ml of water.
  3. Mix with cinnamon, vanilla and, if you need more sweetness, add honey to taste, let it cool. Stir in the yogurt - done.
